Chen Xizhen, chair of the Education Committee of the Oregon China Council and a co-founder and CEO of the Oregon Rhythmic Gymnastics & Dance Academy, said, “Art needs no translation, and neither do smiles. I believe that many years from now, they may forget the details of a particular performance, but they will never forget that when they were young, they came to Xizang and made friends with people from afar.”
